How to Apply тАФ Recruitment of Junior Associates 2025
Apply only through the Bank’s online portal. No other mode of application will be accepted.
Application process
Register online at the Bank’s careers page under the Recruitment of Junior Associates 2025 section. After registration, pay the required application fee using debit/credit card or net banking.
Important тАФ contact & prerequisites
- Keep a valid email ID and mobile number active until the declaration of results (example: State Bank Junior Associate Clerk Pre Result 2025).
- All communications (call letters, updates) will be sent via email / SMS.
Photograph Guidelines (4.5 cm ├Ч 3.5 cm)
- Recent passport-size colour photograph on a light background (preferably white).
- Face must be clearly visible, looking straight at the camera with a relaxed expression; avoid shadows and red-eye.
- If you wear glasses, ensure there are no reflections; caps and dark glasses are not allowed. Religious headwear is permitted but must not cover the face.
- Preferred image dimensions: ~200 ├Ч 230 pixels. File size: 20 KB to 50 KB. Keep the image clear and uncompressed.
- Keep around 8 printed copies of the photograph for later stages in the selection process.
Photograph capture (webcam / mobile)
You may upload the photograph using webcam or mobile camera. Use the “Capture Photo” feature if available тАФ allow webcam access, take the picture and it will be uploaded automatically. If the portal offers a QR-based “Scan” option, scan it with your phone and follow the on-screen instructions to upload the image.

Signature
- Sign on white paper with black ink.
- Preferred dimensions: 140 ├Ч 60 pixels. File size: 10тАУ20 KB.
- Signature must be clear, in running handwriting, and uploaded as a proper image.
Left Thumb Impression
- Take the impression on white paper using black or blue ink.
- Preferred dimensions: 240 ├Ч 240 pixels (approx 3 cm ├Ч 3 cm). File size: 20тАУ50 KB.
Handwritten Declaration
- Write the declaration in English on white paper with black ink.
- Preferred dimensions: 800 ├Ч 400 pixels (approx 10 cm ├Ч 5 cm). File size: 50тАУ100 KB.
- The signature, thumb impression and handwritten declaration must be done by the applicant personally тАФ not by any other person.
