Code 01 Senior Secondary or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks and a 2-year D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education).
Code 02 Senior Secondary with 45% marks along with a 2-year D.El.Ed as per NCTE Regulations 2002.
Code 03 Senior Secondary with 50% marks and a 4-year B.El.Ed (Bachelor of Elementary Education).
Code 04 Senior Secondary with 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
Code 05 Graduation with a 2-year D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education).
Relaxation Reserved categories (SC / ST / OBC / PwD) are eligible for a 5% marks relaxation.

Code 06 Graduation with a 2-year D.El.Ed.
Code 07 Graduation with 50% marks and a 1-year B.Ed.

Code 10 Senior Secondary with 50% marks and a 4-year B.A./B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
Code 11 Graduation with 50% marks and a 1-year B.Ed (Special Education).
Additional Requirement Candidates must select one teaching subject: Mathematics & Science OR Social Science.
Relaxation Reserved categories will receive a 5% marks relaxation.
