Mode of Selection
- Merit List Preparation: Selection will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in graduation. The bank may also conduct Assessment, Online Test, Group Discussion or Interview.
- Tie-Breaking Rule: If two candidates have the same graduation percentage, the older candidate (based on date of birth) will be given preference.
- Percentage Calculation: Candidates must enter their percentage up to two decimal places. All semesters/years’ marks will be added and divided by total maximum marks. Rounding off of percentage will not be accepted.
- CGPA to Percentage Conversion: If the university awards only grades (GPA/CGPA), the percentage must be calculated using the formula provided by the university. Incorrect percentage entries will lead to rejection.
- NOC (No Objection Certificate) Mandatory: Candidates working in any organization must upload an NOC
containing:
- Statement of any major/minor penalties in the last 5 years.
- Vigilance Clearance Certificate.
- Relieving condition stating the employee will be relieved within 30 days if selected.

Place of Posting
The branch/banking outlet and circle locations are provided in Annexure-I. However, IPPB management may change the posting location as per requirement under IPPB Vacancy 2025.
